Two Pseudacris and a Hyla

Frogs and toads were everywhere where we were working near Defiance, Ohio. It seemed like Leopard Frogs were most abundant, but the Gray Treefrogs had to have been close. Maybe they were just more visible because they were still little and on lower vegetation.

Midland Chorus Frog (Pseudacris triseriata)

Gray Treefrog (Hyla versicolor or chrysoscelis)

Spring Peeper (Pseudacris crucifer)
