Yellow Moccasin Flower

Cypripedium calceolus var. pubescens
I found this Large Yellow Lady's Slipper or Yellow Moccasin Flower blooming at Chain-O-Lakes State Park on Saturday. Both the common name and the scientific name refer to the slipper like shape of the lip of this orchid. I wish I had taken more time photographing this (and other flowers) on Saturday, but it is hard when you are on a guided tour and it was raining.
