Environmental Surveys

I spent last week in the field doing environmental surveys for JFNew. We were working in Parke and Putnam counties in western Indiana. It was a lot of fun to get paid to hike across field, stream, and woods all day, while playing and navigating with a computer with gis & gps. The weather was good everyday but Monday, when it rained all afternoon. I got to see tons of birds and deer. We climbed countless barbed wire fences and crossed many fields and cow pastures.
