Marmot Babies

As I was heading back from my hike at the Great Basin National Park, I spotted a lone Yellow-bellied Marmot sitting up on a rock pile by the road. He seemed to be just enjoying the sunset. I stopped to watch for a while and four popped out. They must have felt pretty secure in their rock pile, since they let met get a road's width away as I passed on by. This sign was a little further down the road.
