Hairy Puccoon

Lithospermum caroliniense
Growing on the dunes at Indiana Dunes State Park.
I think that this is Hairy, not Hoary Puccoon (Lithospermum canescens) based on the pubescence and the location. This is another lesson to pay more careful attention to details.

Your ID looks right to me. L. canescens has leaves that are more blunt-tipped, in addition to the difference in hairiness. The inflorescence is also more scorpiod in L. canescens than in L. croceum.
