Yellow-rumped Warbler

There are a lot of "butter-butts" in the woods right now. (If you see a little brown bird with a yellow rump, you'll see why they get this nickname.) This is the most common winter warbler in Indiana. This bird posed on the Adena Trace trail along Brookville Reservoir.
