This morning was the Polar Bear Run downtown. I was worried about my ankle, but it felt fine. I ran very strong and finished with a great personal time. It was pretty cold, but not that bad. I feel there is still lots of room to improve and spring is coming. Rich and Andrew ran also and did well.
