This is one of the fen goldenrods. It is much more delicate than the common Solidago canadensis.

Obedience plant is in the Scroph or Snapdragon family. It was named because its flowers will stay for a while pointed in the direction they are pushed.

Parnassia glauca

Grass of Parnassus is the common name. Why it is called a grass is a mystery to me.
