Road Side Raptors

It is funny how a bird out of place looks so different and new. Seeing an Osprey near water would be cool, but it would be very familiar. Seeing an Osprey on a fence post in the middle of the desert with no water nearby looks very strange.

View of the surrounding area near the Osprey. Wonder if he is thinking 'where is the nearest fish?'

Golden Eagle on a fence post. He looked gigantic up this close.

This was one of a pair of Golden Eagles that was at some roadkill. They were both in the Juniper at one point. They looked very awkward in the tiny tree.
